Our maintenance agreement covers any minor to complex adjustments to your website depending on your maintenance level. Items covered under the maintenance agreement include the following:
- Any text changes to the content of the current website, image updates, meta data, etc.
- Code Support (optimization, bug fixes, problem analysis and resolution).
- The inclusion of any new text content within the make-up of the existing site.
Our maintenance agreement does not include any new development to the website such as new functionality, new back-end interactivity, new design, or the expansion of the website to cover topics not yet introduced.
Monthly Maintenance Plans
eliquidMEDIA will negotiate a monthly rate that will provide your company with a monthly allotment to satisfy your update requirements.1
Blocked Maintenance Plans
eliquidMEDIA's Blocked maintenance plans are ideal for Seasonal Companies, requiring several updates all at one time.2
Hourly Maintenance
If your company does not require monthly maintenance, we would be pleased to assist you on an as needed basis.3
1 Each plan is subject to a 1 year minimum contract. Unused monthly hours will roll over to the next month for the term of the contract.
2 Maintenance blocks expire 365 days after the date of signing.
